#### Use Microsoft 365 web apps

Think of the [Microsoft365.com](https://flosyr.com/?2jyGias0V6PjwBBwGgqOu5fPazH8FlWqk7pACMd1KNs0itoz1roTYCWgc9SH1) home page as your starting point for online productivity. You can use Microsoft 365 apps through your browser to work from almost anywhere and easily continue your work with the desktop applications when needed.

You can quickly move between apps and services by selecting the **app launcher** in the upper-left corner of the page and choosing an app to:

* Create, edit, and share Microsoft 365 files with Word for the web, Excel for the web, PowerPoint for the web, or OneNote for the web.
* Save, access, and share your files online with OneDrive.
* Send and manage email messages through Outlook.com.
* Organize appointments and events with Calendar.
* View and manage your contacts with People.

Microsoft also offers a wide selection of ready-to-use templates. You can use them for projects such as calendars, budgets, invoices, presentations, school assignments, flyers, and other documents.

Microsoft 365 for the web works directly through your browser, so you don't need to download or install the web apps. If your Microsoft 365 subscription includes desktop applications, you can also open files stored in OneDrive and continue working on them using the applications installed on your computer.
